Order Cancellation
Eligibility for Cancellations
Customers can cancel their order if it hasn't been processed or shipped.
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing the order.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, customers must contact customer support via email or our store’s messaging system.
Please provide the order number to ensure a quicker process.
Non-Cancellable Orders
If the order has already been shipped or is in processing, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, customers may return the item after receiving it by following our Return Policy.
Refund Process
Once the order is successfully canceled, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
